Cohesive Single Face
Cohesive single face is an ideal packaging material where cushioning and rigidity are the main factors in protecting an item against damage and dirt. This unique product provides a secure cohesive seal for your item's protection and may be opened easily with the addition of a tear strip or perforation.
Capabilities:
  • 50#, 70# and 100# standard paper grades
  • Specialty papers including bleached, reinforced and colors available upon request.
  • B flute and E flute
  • Widths from 3" to 65"
  • Roll lengths from 250' to 1,000"
  • Tear Strip or perforation option for ease of opening
  • Available in sheets
One or two color printing is available
Cohesive Paper
Cohesive Paper is an economical and easy way to use material that forms and enclosure to provide protection from dust and dirt where cushioning is not necessary. This cost effective material is ideal for containment and abrasion resistant packaging, as well as an excellent product for surface protection applications like furniture, bicycles, etc.
Capabilities:
  • 40#, 50#, 70#, 90# and specialty paper grades
  • Heavy 42# & 69# linerboard, and 8Pt. & 10Pt. Paperboard are also available
  • Widths from 3" to 65"
  • Roll lengths up to 3,500' (depending on the paper weight)
  • One or two color printing is available
  • Can be perforated for use in sheet form (Machine direction perforating is also available)
Strip coating in the machine direction (We can also leave an uncoated edge for ease of opening)
Cohesive Film
Cohesive Film is the perfect packaging material when tear, puncture, and water resistance are necessary. Clear LDPE is the most common film used when visibility of the contents is important.
Looking for a secure, tamper resistant packaging product? Then our Co-Extruded, Silver/White film is an excellent product to use. This film, Opaque White and other Co-Extruded films are available for numerous packaging applications.
Capabilities:
  • Film Thickness from 1.2 - 10 mil
  • Widths from 3" to 80"
  • Roll lengths up to 5,000' (depending on mil thickness)
  • Perforations in both directions (machine and cross-machine directions)
  • One or two color printing is available.
Surface printing available on White or Co-Extruded films
